Film & VFX Background:

Andrew Zeller has international work experience as a visual effects artist, media producer, filmmaker, and English teacher.

He has written, directed, and edited 10 short films and 3 feature films. Between 2011 and 2014, Andrew worked in both Vancouver and Seoul to produce 17 web videos for the design company: rabito Co. Ltd., to promote their products. Their rabbit-shaped phone cases became popular worldwide.

From 2014 to 2015, Andrew studied compositing at the Lost Boys School of Visual Effects. Upon graduation he was awarded a special certificate from his instructor: Ganz Ramalingam, and mentor: Chris Van Dyck, for personal flare and leadership. In 2015, he was one of the first artists hired by Vitality Visual Effects, and has worked on both film and television projects. He wrote several pages for the company’s staff handbook, explaining how to use the variety of software provided in-house.

In January 2017, Andrew accepted an offer for the position of Compositing Instructor’s Assistant at the Lost Boys School of Visual Effects. He currently leads instruction for BG Prep and rotopaint, assists with compositing lessons, and creates promotional content for the school.
